INGREDIENTS:

50ml Baijiu society blend no.: 5 ‘LYCHEE’

25ml dry vermouth or LYCHEE LIQUEUR

a DASH of yuzu bitters

Instructions:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND SHAKE OR STIR IF PREFERrED. Garnish with lychee.

A vibrant and balanced cocktail which is fast becoming a signature serve for Baijiu Society.

Playing on the natural balance between our Baijiu profile and sweet lychee tones the result is smooth yet full and brings the fruit notes in Baijiu to the fore.

Shake or stir to your liking (we stir) and serve as cold as you possibly can in a frozen glass. (We store our baijiu in the freezer!) Dress the glass with a dash of yuzu or any citrus bitters for a balanced herbal tone. Choose vermouth or a lychee liqueur such as Kwai Feh.

For an indulgent sweet twist “dirty it up” with a drop of lychee syrup.
